About Shonagh

Shonagh is a yoga enthusiast who lives in Cary, NC with her husband, son and two dogs. She holds a PhD in Psychology and teaches Yoga at studioVIBE. She recently resigned from academia to create Sunburst Yoga in order to pursue her passion of teaching and to share the benefits of yoga with others. Inspired by her students, Shonagh especially loves the playful energy of children and believes that teaching Yoga to youth will set the foundation for healthy and balanced development as they grow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking, running and reading.
